Love Vodka ep 2

With all guilty I got freshened up and headed to dinning hall. After having my dinner, I was worried about my mobile which made me to curse  Preksha,  as soon as I remembered  her name she appeared like a shareit pop up messages ,completely a nuisance.  She said Rajath you still didn't accept my request, if you want me to let go you accept it.  I was on my nerves  , I replied yeah I'll.  She said do it now.  I lifted my mobile and showed her the screen crack.  She giggled and ran away.  Rohith said there's a Bacheloratte party,  would you join? I said no I'm not in mood.  Again there comes a voice of Preksha,  Rohith there's some leftover milk in the kitchen ,you can give to your sweet brother.  She smirked. Without speaking a word I went upstairs . I saw a miracle through the window , yes you guessed it right. Preksha was a enjoying her sip, sorry the whole bottle.  I was astonished and remembered a kannda saying 'Moorthi chikadadru keerthi dodadhu' ( the idol might be small but it's influence is huge).  I turned the lights off and went for sleep. 

Next day,  I woke early maybe 5:30, I was mesmerized with the beauty of nature. The mist, drizzling and the festive vibes. I had a thought walking so I freshened and moved out.  As walking I plugged my earphones to my iPod and played romantic songs playlist.As I was walking all I remembered is Shreya! Yes Shreya Goshal songs. After a good walk in the morning my mother was waiting for me , she greeted me with coffee which smells like heaven. She was surprised to see my happiness so she questioned me what made you happy baby boy?  I smiled and said nothing amma, I love this place. She said to my brother who just descended the stairs,  Rohith I'm very happy to see your brother smiling after many days. I said I've change my dress and be back Rohith let's gear up towards the city, i got to fetch the mobile repair shop. He said sure brother. It was Haldi day, everyone were dressed with yellow expect Preksha, she was with white ,absolutely a Indian Annabelle. Uff let me not lie,  she was very beautiful. She with her long gown swirling around grabbed my eyes.  She caught me and came towards me saying that Rajath you have not changed.  I was in a shock ,  I asked 'what'?  She said I can read your eyes. Were they not seeing me?  I yelled at her by saying 'eyes are meant to see' (a safe reply) . You are a little kid,  stay away from me.  Her eyes were red and she ran away. I and Rohith were about to leave for the city central but we saw the group of kids playing lagori,  Rohith said Rajath why don't we cherish our old days,  I said absolutely ,why not?  We both along with kids had a great time. It started to drizzle and my grandfather  said not to leave the home as there is a chance of thunderstorm. We agreed and stayed back.  In the evening, the Haldi ceremony was about to start,  Deeksha  called me aside and said Preksha is sad,  she was very much happy when she heard you will be attending the wedding,  she is crazy about you since you left, even Rohith knew this but he was secretive about you since last meet,  she still preserves the gifts which you gave. Her heart is with you,  you may not like her but don't hurt her. Please do adjust till two days because her mood reflects on my parents inturn on my big day.  I'll make sure her behavior will be changed and nowhere she will affect you. I asked her where is she?  She replied, she is  in her room since afternoon. I said not to worry,  you carry on with your ceremony, I'll manage for two days.  Her relatives called her and she moved. In dilemma I knocked Preksha's door, she screamed ''Who, I'll not open the door, I'm not hungry, Do go away''. With a heavy heart I said its me Rajath,  can you open the door? She opened the door before I  could complete the second sentence.  I apologized her,  I said I've no intention to hurt but I  don't have feelings towards you! You are still a kid,  you have time to explore yourself and your life. She slammed the door on my face.  Within a minute she opened her door and said I'm not a kid I'm in my 20's.  I thought you are still same Rajath you aren't.  Anyways it's pointless.  Thanks for your concern. And she ran away. 

For the very first time I experienced her matured behavior, all I knew about her was her naughtiness. I was relaxed and headed towards the ceremony.
